In the Landscape park Rakov škocjan
Rakov škocjan is one of the oldest protected areas in Slovenia. There are exceptional karst curiosities:
natural bridges, underground streams, different kinds of karst caves. We are thrilled when we make a trip on the Rak river, explore karst caves or cycle to the Cerknica lake. Rakov škocjan is an ideal starting point for hiking along the forest trails. In the valley there is a naturalistic learning trail with explaining boards.
